Having been instructed to read Barack Obama’s book, Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance, the students of Nancy Hampton’s Freshman Seminar 1000 class will blog about their thoughts on what they’ve read and how it relates to social justice and New Orleans.  They will also be sharing their experiences as freshmen at Xavier University of Louisiana.
